Fitness means different things to different people. To me fitness is not solely about changes in body composition, true fitness encompasses a much broader and holistic approach to overall well-being. It involves strength, endurance, flexibility and
cardiovascular health.

Fitness extends beyond the physical aspects, it is behavioral modification, lifestyle change, stress management, sleep and increased self-confidence.

I believe in recognizing my clients needs, taking into account their current fitness level and tailoring well rounded programs to set them up for success.
I encourage my clients to make small changes that are sustainable and long lasting. Life can be hectic, my goal for my clients is to make training manageable and enjoyable.
